Luttrellstown Castle post-lockdown hospitality scene

Luttrellstown Castle

How the team at Luttrellstown Castle is taking on board the challenges of our post-lockdown hospitality scene

Hospitality is so important in Ireland and as we journey through the phased roadmap to exit lockdown, we are faced with a hospitality industry in our ‘new normal’ times. The hospitality industry will have to change and change fast to adapt to this very dynamic environment we now find ourselves in.

These are unpredictable times but the team here at Luttrellstown Castle are rising to the challenge. We are ready to take on the changes that need to take place but we also see huge positives and opportunities and we look forward to entering this new phase with a ‘can do’ attitude.

From July 20th, we will be able to travel freely within Ireland and the industry is predicting a boom in the staycation market for the remainder of this year. There will also be a desire to organise get-togethers and reunions with family we haven’t seen in months.

For us here at Luttrellstown Castle, over the summer months and into the Autumn, we will be offering ‘Family Reunion’ packages where you can spend time with your loved ones in your very own private castle and enjoy all the activities that the Castle has to offer including golfing, fishing, falconry and picnics within our 567 acres of stunning parkland.

We will also be health and hygiene focused to make sure our guests have complete confidence during their stay with us. There will be up to date sanitisation protocols and health checks for employees and guests and we will be introducing the relevant precautions on arrival in both our Castle and Clubhouse including required social distancing, front desk screens and contactless payment.

But more than ever, we will be delivering the exceptional service that we are renowned for and working harder than ever before to make our guests feel relaxed, confident and safe. Offering our guests authentic Irish service will always be our focus
