Embark Events FAM Trip at Luttrellstown Castle

We were delighted to host the EMBARK EPIC FAM trip at Luttrellstown Castle on Sunday, February 2nd, for an unforgettable three-night stay. Our esteemed guests, some of the world’s top wedding planners, enjoyed exclusive access to our breathtaking 15th-century Irish castle, where each uniquely designed bedroom seamlessly combines the grandeur and elegance of history with the luxury and comfort of modern living.

Throughout their visit, they experienced a carefully curated itinerary, immersing themselves in the rich history and charm of the estate. From a historical tour of the castle and a treasure hunt across the grounds to a St. Brigid’s Cross-Making Workshop and scenic woodland walks, every moment was designed to showcase the magic of Luttrellstown.

The highlight of the trip was the black-tie gala dinner on their final evening, an elegant affair in our grand ballroom, beautifully transformed by some of the most talented suppliers in the industry. The night began with Champagne and oysters on arrival, followed by an exquisite multi-course meal crafted by our talented chefs, using only locally sourced ingredients, many handpicked from our own gardens. Before the evening’s festivities, our guests enjoyed a luxurious pampering session in our salon, where they had their hair and makeup done before stepping into a night of glamour and celebration.

On Wednesday morning, we bid farewell to our guests as they continued their journey through Ireland, traveling next to Ballyfin before heading to Adare Manor. This incredible trip was made possible by our wonderful hosts, who worked tirelessly to showcase the very best of Ireland’s luxury experiences.
