Enjoy a very special Valentine’s Meal with our @ Home Tasting Menu
We are very excited to launch an indulgent Valentine’s @ Home Tasting Menu for one weekend only.
Continuing on with the success of our @ Home Click & Collect service, we would like to celebrate Valentine’s Day and our Head Chef Nathan Greensmith has created a sublime tasting menu for you to enjoy with your loved one.
Remember, it’s the little things in life that can truly elevate your day-to-day and we believe this is the perfect meal to look forward to.
Enjoy canapes of Chorizo and Smoked Chicken and Pork and Apple Croquette, followed by Potato Veloute. Prepare your tastebuds for Wild Mushroom Tart, Roast Quail, Rolled Cod Fillet, Goats Cheese and Cauliflower Velouté and Wicklow Lamb. And if you still have room, delight in a Bitter Chocolate Delice, Chocolate Genoise, Caramelised Pear followed by a selection of Petit Fours.
If the fancy takes you, the Castle have a selection of wines available to accompany your Valentine’s meal including Bouchard Aine & Fils Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or Merlot, Four Sisters Chardonnay, Palazzo Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Cava Mistinguett Brut.
This delightful @ Home Tasting Menu meal is €55 per person.
The Click & Collect service will be available Friday 12th – Sunday 14th. Orders will be taken until 6pm on Thursday 11th. You will be able to collect from the Golf Clubhouse Reception between 4pm-7.30pm Friday and Saturday and 2pm-7pm on Sunday. Order early to avoid disappointment.
