Enjoy a very special Mother’s Day @ Home Dining Experience
We are looking forward to indulging all the Mums out there by offering a wonderful Mother’s Day Weekend Dine @ Home Meal.
For Friday 12th until Sunday 14th March, our Head Chef Nathan Greensmith has created a tempting 3 course meal to celebrate with your Mum and loved ones.
Whet your appetite with a lovely selection of nibbles – freshly baked breads, cured meats, mixed Italian olives and beetroot hummus. Then prepare your tastebuds for a starter of crispy 5-mile Goats Cheese, Heritage Beetroot & Tartare, Saffron Aioli and Confit Tomato.
Savour the main course of Irish Fillet of Beef Wellington to share, Duck Fat Pink Fur Potatoes, Koffman’s Cabbage and Bone Marrow Jus. And make sure to save some room for Salted Chocolate Delice, Coffee Mousse and Rum Crème Fraiche.
If the fancy takes you, the Castle have a selection of wines available to accompany your Mother’s Day Dine @ Home meal including Bouchard Aine & Fils Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or Merlot, Four Sisters Chardonnay, Palazzo Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Cava Mistinguett Brut.
This delightful Dine @ Home Menu is €55 per person.
Afternoon Tea is also available to order with the Castle delph and you can also buy vouchers for our @ Home menus which can be used at any stage.
The Click & Collect/delivery service will be available Friday 12th – Sunday 14th. Delivery is €9.50 within the Greater Dublin area and you can order up to 6pm on Friday.
