International Women’s Day 2023

Breakfast Seminar to celebrate International Women’s Day with Guest Speaker Caroline Reidy

We are looking forward to celebrating International Women’s Day with a Breakfast Seminar at the Castle on Wednesday March 8th. Our guest speaker for the event is Caroline Reidy.

Caroline is Managing Director of the HR Suite and is a HR and Employment Law Expert. She’s a top trainer and mediator, is a former member of the Low Pay Commission and is also an adjudicator in the Workplace Relations Commission.

International Women’s Day is not only a celebration of the achievements made by women, but it also represents the continued fight for equality, to eliminate discrimination and bias between genders.

This year’s IWD theme is #EmbraceEquity.  Equity isn't just a nice-to-have, it's a must-have and it means creating an inclusive world. A focus on gender equity needs to be part of every society's DNA.

For her #IWD2023 presentation, Caroline will focus on ‘Tips to Maximising and Achieving Your Full Potential’ and how gender equity is so important for the social, economic, cultural and political advancement of women.

We will be hosting a delightful continental breakfast in our Kentian Room with meats & cheeses, juices and smoothies and delicious fresh pastries. Whilst you enjoy breakfast, you can chat with other guests and after breakfast, you will move into the Van Stry Ballroom where you can sit back and listen to Caroline’s excellent presentation. This promises to be a very entertaining breakfast and a lovely, inspirational way to start your day.

We can all help to create a gender equal world – challenge stereotypes and celebrate women’s achievements.  Let's all #EmbraceEquity #IWD2023
