2018 Brides Brace Yourself – Luttrellstown’s Bridal Suite Is Getting A Gorgeous New Make-Over

And it’s going to be unveiled this Spring!

From ‘dry January’ to a brand new hairstyle and those all-important New Year’s resolutions, everyone is aiming to be the best version of themselves they can be this month.

And here at Luttrellstown, it’s no different. While you’ve started a healthy eating plan and getting buff in the gym, we’re busy making sure the castle looks tip top for the most spectacular wedding of 2018: Yours.

Following extensive renovations last year, we’re adding the finishing touches to our majestic ballrooms and halls downstairs, which already feature antique furnishings and stunning Baroque, Georgian and Gothic revival features. Plus we’re turning our attentions to the all-important bridal suite to give it that extra sparkle and polish in time for your arrival.

 

 

So if you weren’t already sufficiently wowed by the high ceilings, beautiful windows, gilded mirrors, four poster bed, expansive wardrobes and free-standing copper bath, get ready to be impressed on a whole other level when it’s given the big reveal this Spring.

Californian-born interior designer Arlene McIntyre and her team at Ventura are known for their bespoke furniture, exclusive Italian textiles and handcrafted chandeliers. Sourcing materials from all around the world, they understand the needs of a sophisticated hubby and bride-to-be on their big day (and night), from a big, beautiful bed to the perfect dressing table. Think plush, modern style that isn’t in any way lacking in comfort or luxury.

To help us carry out this important work, we’ll be closing our fifteenth-century castle doors briefly between Monday 8 January and Friday 5 February. But don’t worry, we’ll be back in action right after that. Here’s to an extra special (and good-looking) 2018 for us all!
