Start out from our stunning 15^th century Irish castle with their historic Tower Castles - the estate’s oldest structures, which date back to 1429. From there, you can wander past our wonderful walled garden with its beautiful rose display, apple orchard and arboretum. The sites really begin to stack up when you set out down towards the glen, through which runs Dublin’s famous River Liffey. Not only does our 20-acre Liffey-fed lake provide a breath-taking sight with its vintage boat house, time-worn Doric Temple and enchanting waterfall, it makes the perfect place to stop, take out some snacks and enjoy the scenery as stop for a brief rest.
